Aaron Bradford Named
2008 Young Lawyer of the Year
PJCKN congratulates Aaron P. Bradford, who was named by the Denver Bar Association as 2008 Young Lawyer of the Year.
Aaron was featured in The Docket for his extraordinary commitment to community involvement. As a Managing Shareholder for the firm, Aaron also manages to devote countless hours to the DBA’s Community Action Network, the Courage Classic’s Wheels of Justice team, the Colorado Pledge to Diversity, the Colorado Campaign for Inclusive Excellence and other various organizations. We’re thrilled the Denver Bar Association has awarded him this honor and acknowledges, as do we, his remarkable attributes.
Bradley N. Shefrin Named Shareholder
PJCKN proudly announces Bradley N. Shefrin as Shareholder of the firm. Brad joined the firm in November 2006 expanding our litigation and employment law services, representing builders, developers and contractors in construction and real estate litigation. He also cultivated a substantial track record in employment matters for public and private employers. His enormous talent as a lawyer and mentor has been a key addition in strengthening our firm.
We congratulate Brad as our newest Shareholder and support his philosophy that just because it’s perfect, doesn’t mean it can’t be better.
Five of the firm’s lawyers were picked as "Super Lawyers" for 2007 and featured in the April edition of the 5280 Magazine. Betsy Moran was picked as one of Colorado’s very best appellate attorneys. Peter Pryor, Irnie Johnson and Scott Nixon were selected as among the state’s premiere medical malpractice lawyers. John Paddock was chosen as a leading employment law attorney. "Super Lawyers" are chosen after nominations from over 13,000 Colorado attorneys, followed by peer evaluation and review of nominees’ experience, qualifications, honors and awards and other relevant criteria. Only 5% of the attorneys in Colorado are selected to be "Super Lawyers." Congratulations Betsy, Peter, Irnie, Scott and John!
PJCKN was awarded the 2005 We Can Award by the Denver Bar Association. Each year, the Denver Bar Association’s Community Action Network identifies a few select firms that have demonstrated excellence in community service. We were happy to be identified for our work, which we will continue into the future.
Irving Johnson and Peter Pryor have again been identified as two of the very best trial lawyers in the country. In the 12th edition of "The Best Lawyers in America", Irnie and Peter will be honored with the respect of their peers by being named as the best in the profession. Mr. Pryor had been listed in each of the previous eleven editions whereas Mr. Johnson was named in the first two editions.
