We encourage our employees, associates and shareholders to take leadership roles in various community service organizations. We have been involved in the following projects:
- 2008 Courage Classic - Pryor Johnson Carney Karr Nixon is the Supreme Sponsor for the 2008 Courage Classic, a three day ride through the Rockies to benefit Denver Children’s Hospital. - In 2006, PJCKN was awarded the 2005 We Can Award by the Denver Bar Association’s Community Action Network. We proudly accepted this award and will continue to support this organization.
- Pryor Johnson Carney Karr Nixon was the lead sponsor for the 2006 Denver Bar Association’s Winter Soiree to benefit the Children’s Outreach Project. Through our leadership, the DBA raised close to $15,000 for the Children’s Outreach Project, an organization that provides services to children with different abilities
- Pryor Johnson Carney Karr Nixon, specifically Aaron Bradford, organized the 2005 Roll out the Barrel’s Food Drive which raised more than $5000 and 40,000 meals for the Rocky Mountain Food Bank.
- Pryor Johnson Carney Karr Nixon Involvement with
the following events:
- The Toothbrush Drive to benefit “Kids In Need of Dentistry”
- The School Supply Drive to benefit homeless children in the Denver Public Schools;
- The Blood Drive to benefit the Bonf-ils Blood Center specifically to benefit Tsunami victims.
- Fielded a 30 person team in the 2005 Race for the Cure to benefit the Susan G. Komen’s Breast Cancer Foundation.
- 2003 Top Level Sponsor for the Lawyers Have Heart’s 5K Race to benefit the American Heart Association.
