At Pryor Johnson Carney Karr Nixon (PJCKN), we hold the principle of inclusiveness as a core value. As a founding member of the Colorado Pledge to Diversity, PJCKN has consistently demonstrated a commitment to diversity in the workplace with the goal of creating a truly inclusive environment for everyone.
Diversity and inclusiveness are not just buzz words at PJCKN. We are one of the founding members of the Colorado Pledge to Diversity, and Aaron P. Bradford is the current Chair of the Colorado Pledge to Diversity. Mr. Bradford has taken a leadership role on the Dean’s Diversity Counsel’s Core Strategy Group and, as a result, was asked by the Deans to sit on the Board of Directors for the Colorado Campaign for Inclusive Excellence. Through this process, Mr. Bradford played a critical role in the development of the Vision Statement which guides both the Dean’s Diversity Counsel and the Colorado Campaign for Inclusive Excellence.
Aaron P. Bradford’s most recent efforts exemplifies PJCKN’s aspirational and operational goal of constantly improving the quality of the work environment for all. Promoting diversity is not just a moral value that we find particularly important. Diversity and inclusiveness are essential building blocks to a successful litigation practice which ultimately relies upon the views of the community (through our jury system) to decide disputes for our clients.
The folks at PJCKN recognize that diversity at all levels within the firm improves our ability to better serve our clients and enhances professional growth. We know that embracing the richness of diverse backgrounds increases our client satisfaction and enhances the culture of the firm.
As our firm continues to grow, we encourage attorneys and support staff of all backgrounds to apply. PJCKN continues to nurture an inclusive environment in which all backgrounds are valued, and professional development and success is driven by the work product and nothing more.
